Kelly Inspection Services did a phenomenal job going over our new build with a fine tooth comb. Andy, found 9 recommendations that were helpful to provide to the construction manager to be mitigated promptly. There were a few things that were missed during a blue tape walk through that Andy found. Upon arrival to my appt I was provided the inspection sheet and we physically looked over everything that was recommended by Kelly Inspection Services. This way I was able to put eyes on the concerns that were brought to my attention. The process was smooth and easy. I had to reschedule twice due to appliances yet to be installed and they were extremely flexible with my schedule. At the end I was also given an annual inspection sheet that has monthly recommendations on what to check on throughout the year, including changing smoke detector batteries. That was an added bonus especially with us being new homeowners. I would highly recommend Kelly Inspection Services for any home inspection needs.

I highly recommend Kelly Inspection Services! My experience was great because from the payment all the way to the report explanation was a breeze. First, signing the form and making the payment was simple and fast by clicking a convenient link. Secondly, I honestly was worried about reading the report. This was due to me being a first time home buyer and I was worried that I wasn't going to understand many inspection terms. Little did I know I had nothing to worry about! The report system provides a summary and or full report of your residence and irrigation system. I appreciated the summary because the photographs, comments, and graphs made it extremely easy to understand. You can also save both files with no difficulty for your records. Most importantly they were precise, had good attention to detail, professional, and are quick to reach out if you have any questions. My awesome home inspector was Andy. Thank you so much Andy!

I highly recommend Kelly Inspection Services. Quality service! The whole process was really simple for me as the buyer. Our inspector reviewed his findings and recommendations with us after completing his inspection of the condo. He was receptive and responses to our question (even the ones related to renovations and not the inspection lol). You could tell he cares about his clients understanding the results of their inspection so that they know exactly what they’re buying. There were a few things on the report for my HOA to fix. Kelly Inspection Services automatically sent those items to the HOA. That was a nice added benefit so they can work on those items before I even move in. I have since recommended this company to several realtor friends for their clients.
